Ricotta Cake

Ricotta Cake

350* 35 minutes

2 lbs Ricotta
2 egg whites
1/2 c sugar
1/8 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1/2 c graham cracker crumbs

Beat egg whites & sugar. Add cheese & beat until smooth. Blend in Choc chips, lemom & vanilla. Line spring form pan with crumbs & spoon in filling. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
